Our Sports Performance service will begin with a full bio-mechanical assessment to see how well your body is moving and identify any imbalances, impairments or dysfunction that may be limiting your performance. Emphasis will be placed on proper mobility and stability, followed by speed, agility, endurance training.  We can work with your sports coach to optimize your training. We can also conduct team clinics. Please inquire with your specific needs.

We use the the Functional Movement Screen and Motor Control Screen System (learn more) to get a baseline on all our athletes and help develop a program. Proper mobility in your joints and muscles is paramount before stability and strength training begins. Specializing in sports or doing the same workout routines can leave you limited in other areas. I help design proper mobility, stability and strength programs to help you stay safe and healthy and enjoying what you love to do.
