New Year, New directions

Recently, I had a high school student sidelined from running due to injury. I saw her several times in my office for a few weeks and then realized that she was ready to do some more dynamic rehab. We went outside and did some drills, and I got to see her run more than just on my office treadmill. I ended up sneaking in a legit workout and we got a good laugh when she was resting her hands on her knees and said, “I think I’m out of shape.” Been there…

Though I coach a few people around town, it definitely gave me the coaching bug to do a little more. I know that my career was really made by having excellent coaches along the way. If you care about something, go all in and do it right. I am excited to announce I am taking on a few more coaching clients. To learn more click here. Happy running!- Blake
